What do I need to send?
Send the product page or the best available photos, plus the brand name and intended channels. I will confirm whether the assets are suitable before booking.
How does payment work?
A 50% deposit books the project; the balance is due before the clean master is delivered. Projects under €1,000 may be paid in full upfront.
How many revisions are included?
One consolidated revision round is included. Additional changes are €95/hour with a two-hour minimum. A new concept after approval is a new scope.
What usage rights are included?
Website, organic social, email and in-store usage are included. Paid advertising is licensed separately: 3 months in one country from +25%, 6 months in up to five countries from +40%, and 12 months worldwide from +100%.
Do you work across Europe?
Yes. I am based in Italy and work across Europe. Car travel is €0.65/km round trip. Flights or trains, tolls, parking, local transport, accommodation and meals are billed at cost. Travel time is quoted separately, and every travel cost is agreed before booking.
How long does delivery take?
Product Motion Ads take 3-5 working days. Shoot + Edit takes 1-2 weeks. 24-48 hour rush delivery may be available for a 25-50% fee.
What is quoted separately?
Camera originals are included with Shoot Day only. Raw or project files for edited packages are quoted at +50-100%. Talent, locations, styling, props and specialist crew are charged at cost plus a 15-20% producer fee.
Do I need to choose between AI and a real shoot?
No. I recommend the production route based on the product, goal, available assets, location, budget and deadline.
How do you handle product consistency in AI shots?
The goal is to keep the source product recognisable, but AI output can vary. I review, regenerate and finish selected shots by hand. Non-negotiable details are agreed before production.
